When exactly did phone networks decide to change contract duration from either a 12 or 18 month contract, to a 24 months contract?
I liked when you had a choice depending on the newness of your phone &/or how much you're prepared to pay upfront for said phone.
Now you have no choice in the matter. It's 24 months take it or leave it...or is there a choice?
