I never quite understand why people like causing trouble for others. I mean seriously,what's there to be gained.
My mother's a nurse & unfortunately for her,a really good one. So you have patient's families requesting her by name praising her practice & conduct. Which ofcourse is never nice for the other nurses who then get booted off a case so mom can take over.
So much so now,2 such nurses made a bogus complaint so that mom would be barred from working whilst complaint gets investigated. Thankfully the other hospitals mom works with dismissed the complaint as twak.
My view is,if those nurses spent more time actually caring for their patients as on their scheming ,they wouldn't b&w half bad
